About the role
- Lead implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products for clients in various sectors. Collaborate with technical teams and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
- Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
- Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
- Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
- Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
