Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, etc.)
