About the role
- Delivery Manager overseeing the delivery of complex technology projects for IKH Group. Leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relations in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across the energy value chain
- Develop and manage delivery plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, operations, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report delivery performance using KPIs and governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and ways of working
- Support vendor and partner management, including contracts and SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex programs
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile Delivery certifications
- Experience working with system integrators and external vendors
