Responsibilities
Develop and execute Fanblast’s end-to-end marketing strategy
Oversee all marketing functions
Shape and protect the Fanblast brand identity
Lead creator acquisition and growth campaigns across platforms
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and creator success teams
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team
Define, track, and optimize key marketing KPIs
Act as a thought leader in the creator economy
Requirements
5+ years of marketing leadership experience
ideally with time in the creator economy, influencer platforms, or consumer social apps
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions and brands in high-growth environments
Experience leading both brand storytelling and performance marketing
Deep fluency in how creators and fans use social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, Discord, etc.)
Strong leadership skills
Comfort managing agencies, partners, and cross-functional collaboration
