Responsibilities
To operationally relieve and strengthen our Commercial team, we are establishing a new central role at the intersection of sales support, project management and active client contact.
This position combines operational excellence with proactive project management and direct client interaction.
You will coordinate cross-team projects, drive sales initiatives forward and handle approximately 20–30% direct client contact (pre-qualifying conversations, clarifying proposals, organizational coordination).
You will work closely with Commercial leadership and Customer Success Management, gaining deep insight into sales and commercial processes.
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in a coordinating or sales-adjacent role (e.g., Sales Support, Inside Sales, Project Assistant, Customer Success, Junior Account Management).
Project management skills: you have independently coordinated smaller projects (internal or external), met timelines and brought together various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach – you keep an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Affinity for CRM/sales systems and digital tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Zoho, Copper).
Process understanding: you grasp workflows quickly, think in context and identify opportunities for improvement.
AI affinity: ideally you have already worked with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) and are curious about how AI can automate and make sales processes smarter.
