About the role
- Graphic and Video Editor creating performance-driven social media ads and content for a successful health supplement company. Collaborating with various teams to optimize creative assets and drive conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- You create high-performing creatives for paid social ads with a strong focus on conversion
- You support our eCRM team in creating banners and content for our newsletter
- You optimize Amazon listings together with our marketplace team and contribute impactful product images and A+ content
- You design eye-catching social ads and performance-marketing formats
- You edit and produce videos (cutting, motion design, effects) for high-impact ads
- You work closely with our performance team and optimize creatives based on KPIs
- You continuously test and refine your designs to achieve the best results
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and video editing (cutting, motion graphics)
- Confident use of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects & Figma
- Understanding of performance-driven content and data-based optimization
- A creative eye for engaging, conversion-focused ad formats
- Experience with social ads and digital marketing assets is a strong plus
- Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for a dynamic environment
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken
