About the role
- Engenharia Specialist responsible for subsea maintenance planning and control at BIP. Fostering operational efficiency and compliance through strategic technical support and documentation management.
Responsibilities
- Support planning for subsea inspections and maintenance, including closure of Technical Inspection Recommendations (RTIs).
- Assist in preparing and tracking technical documentation (technical specifications, operational reports and technical assessments).
- Monitor execution of operations, ensuring closure of constraints and alignment with the plan.
- Monitor operational costs, preparing spending justifications using cost trees.
- Track subsea inspection and maintenance indicators to evaluate performance.
- Support demand assessment for strategic, tactical and operational planning.
- Prepare partnership measurement reports and technical presentations.
- Participate in management and interface meetings, drafting minutes and following up on actions.
- Organize events such as lessons-learned and integration/onboarding meetings.
- Manage meetings end-to-end, from checking participant availability to preparing minutes and following up on actions.
- Act proactively in leading meetings, proposing solutions with an integrated vision.
- Conduct meeting management for various purposes, such as planning follow-up, anomaly treatment, technical alignment and governance.
- Support integrity management audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat).
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera and MS Project.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
- SAP (PS module).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
