Responsibilities
- This high-exposure graduate role places Insights and Market Intelligence at the centre of EU commercial decision‑making.
- Responsible for evaluating and interpreting all available market data to generate clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Ensure internal sales forecasting reflects real-time market dynamics.
- Support decision‑making across markets and contribute to Net Revenue Management (NRM) pillars.
- Consolidate and analyse sell in, sell out, pricing, margin, and mix data to produce insight driven recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Looker Studio).
- Support scenario planning by combining demand insights, competitive activity, and historical data.
- Act as an internal subject matter resource for data interpretation.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications (Graduate Level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, modelling basics).
- Ability to convert datasets into actionable insights.
- Detail‑oriented and structured, with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Desirable: Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI).
- Exposure to Salesforce.com (basic admin, reporting or dashboards).
- Understanding of pricing/margin models and SKU profitability.
- Familiarity with channel dynamics (Vets, Wholesalers, Distributors).
- Additional European languages.
