Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and applying optimization algorithms, or a PhD focused on applied optimization (e.g., Operations Research, Control Theory, Simulation, etc.)
- Proficient in software engineering tools and practices (IDE, Git, testing, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
- Solid foundations in algorithms, optimization theory, and their practical limits
