Responsibilities
Execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including promotional activities and events, to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Manage digital and content initiatives by maintaining social media platforms, updating website content, and producing marketing materials such as EDMs and collaterals.
Conduct market research by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights.
Track and evaluate campaign performance through KPI monitoring, database management, and preparation of regular performance reports for management review.
Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Support sales initiatives by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field.
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Good understanding of various marketing KPIs, social media and web analytics.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives.
Experience in the Fintech or Gaming industry is an added advantage.
