About the role
- Community Coordinator managing intern interactions and organizing events in hybrid setting. Focused on creating a supportive environment for interns while enhancing cultural immersion and community activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with interns, addressing their questions and concerns while ensuring open and responsive communication with both the interns and our internal teams.
- Collaborate with the internal team and local partners, emphasizing the importance of communication by attending weekly meetings.
- Assist with event planning by providing detailed information, managing RSVPs, and coordinating necessary arrangements.
Requirements
- Must be based in proximity to Bangkok, Thailand
- Must hold a valid visa in Thailand for at least one year from the date of application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends
- Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team player
- Enthusiastic about meeting new people and engaging in community activities
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in customer service and event management (highly valued)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
