• AI Engineer Specialist at BetaNXT developing scalable applications and AI solutions for wealth management infrastructure. Leading projects while mentoring junior developers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern development frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, Python, or Spring Boot.
• Mentor a team of junior developers with appropriate technical guidance.
• Build reusable components, APIs, and services aligned with enterprise coding standards.
• Contribute to solution architecture, system integrations, and overall platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams and architects to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing or new applications.
• Assist in building lightweight AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts for internal use cases.
• Support model lifecycle tasks where required (basic training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
• Apply responsible AI principles ensuring data privacy, governance, and explainability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, refine requirements, and ensure seamless delivery.
• Support internal stakeholders by automating processes and reducing manual effort through development + AI-driven enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, release planning, and project execution aligned with enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML or related field.
• 8+ years of strong software development experience in at least two of the following: Angular Node.js ReactJS Java / Spring Boot Python
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and development best practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML components (not necessarily as a primary role).
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or NLP tools.
• Exposure to GenAI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or RAG.
• Experience with platforms like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, or similar cloud AI services.
• Eagerness to dive deep in AI world.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, structured way.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
