Responsibilities
Supports business initiatives by providing administrative support to Best Western’s members and internal staff
Maintains data integrity and archives by safeguarding sensitive information
Provides documents and reports for internal departments
Acts as liaison for existing hotel members by interpreting and communicating company policies
Communicates diplomatically, internally and externally, via email, letters, and telephone/teleconference
Performs administrative duties by maintaining files and updating multiple tracking systems and databases
Ensures databases are accurate
Reviews tracking systems, researches and prepares effective correspondence to hotel members regarding compliance
Gathers, prepares, and reviews detailed and sensitive information for Board of Directors
Coordinates the production of documents used by the Board and Executive Team for critical decisions
Provides follow up and support to Board decisions through monitoring property adherence
Requirements
Minimum 2 years related experience in a corporate and/or fast paced administrative environment
High School diploma or equivalent certification
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software
May require advanced proficiency in specific applications
Must demonstrate attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task and have ability to prioritize tasks based off importance while still meeting deadlines
