About the role
- Coordinating supply chain processes in purchasing to ensure timely product availability and smooth deliveries. Engaging in projects for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- You coordinate the supply chain process in purchasing for orders and deliveries.
- You plan, monitor and coordinate purchasing deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability.
- You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) interfaces/stakeholders.
- You identify development potential in the purchasing supply chain process and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- You participate in various projects (e.g., process automation).
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or have solid professional experience in purchasing or process optimization.
- You have user and customization experience with an ERP system.
- You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes.
- You are a fast learner with a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset.
- You have excellent Excel skills, a strong affinity for data and an interest in digital topics.
- You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork.
- You enjoy managing interfaces both internally within the company and with external partners.
- You have very good German language skills.
