Responsibilities
You coordinate the supply chain process in purchasing from order to delivery
You plan, monitor and coordinate procurement deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and optimal product availability
You communicate with internal (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external (suppliers, service providers) stakeholders
You identify improvement potentials in the procurement supply chain and drive efficiency gains through implementation
You contribute to various projects (e.g., process automation)
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or have substantial professional experience in purchasing or process optimization
You have user and customization experience in an ERP system
You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes
You have a quick grasp and a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
You have excellent Excel skills, a high affinity for data and an interest in digital topics
You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork
You enjoy managing interfaces and collaborating both internally and with external partners
You have very good German language skills
