Responsibilities
Represent the Claims Vice-Presidency in business solutions
Participate in the analysis and identification of solutions, the implementation and the prioritization of various projects/initiatives affecting claims
Identify and recommend improvement opportunities in the Claims Vice-Presidency’s operational processes
Maintain an overall view of the various claims-related processes
Analyze, draft, update and publish reference documentation for the claims teams
Provide support to various stakeholders within the Claims Vice-Presidency as a subject-matter expert
Requirements
College diploma in insurance
P.A.A. designation or a university degree in a relevant field
5 to 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, specifically in claims
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
Functional working knowledge of English, both written and spoken
