Responsibilities
- Represent the Claims Vice-Presidency in business solutions
- Participate in the analysis and identification of solutions, the implementation and the prioritization of various projects/initiatives affecting claims
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities in the Claims Vice-Presidency’s operational processes
- Maintain an overall view of the various claims-related processes
- Analyze, draft, update and publish reference documentation for the claims teams
- Provide support to various stakeholders within the Claims Vice-Presidency as a subject-matter expert
Requirements
- College diploma in insurance
- P.A.A. designation or a university degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, specifically in claims
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Functional working knowledge of English, both written and spoken
