About the role
- Generative AI Senior Developer for Benchmark Gensuite designing and deploying advanced AI models. Lead AI-driven initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI models, focusing on text generation, synthetic media creation, and automated content generation
- Apply state-of-the-art AI, machine learning technologies, and frameworks (e.g., GPT, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Clean, preprocess, and synthesize data for training generative models
- Construct and fine-tune generative models, evaluating and enhancing their performance
- Embed generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for generative AI applications
- Actively seek ways to optimize model performance and efficiency
- Keep meticulous records of models, codes, and methodologies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field
- Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying generative AI models
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Familiarity with generative AI libraries and frameworks
- Deep knowledge of data preparation techniques specific to generative AI
- Experience in model training, tuning, and evaluation
- Understanding of integration challenges and solutions for generative AI within business applications
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a self-starter attitude
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable
