Responsibilities
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers, give mentorship, and code reviews
- Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Oversee system integration projects and API development initiatives
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize database design, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and maintainability
- Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack application development experience in an enterprise environment
- Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong expertise in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue)
- Solid knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
