About the role
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Functional Consultant for BDO Digital supporting client D365 F&O engagements. Act as a trusted advisor, streamline processes, and provide training.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O Managed Services engagements
- Analyze customer business needs and provide in-depth application expertise
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations
- Troubleshoot issues and reproduce them in a separate development environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O managed services consulting and support experience
- Strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area
- Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of D365 F&O or another ERP product, such as Finance, Sales or Talent/Human Resources, is preferred
- Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset but not required
- Dynamics 365 F&O /AX certifications in the relevant business disciplines will be considered in our selection process
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
