About the role
- Senior Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 F&O at BDO. Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting client engagements with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise
- Streamline customer business processes for greater ROI within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Provide training to client staff in support of ERP implementations
- Troubleshoot issues and reproduce them in a separate environment
- Utilize effective communication and listening skills to troubleshoot technology issues
- Apply Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to assist customers in deployments
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O managed services consulting and support experience
- Strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management functional area
- Knowledge of one or more other functional areas of D365 F&O or another ERP product
- Previous experience working with a consulting firm is an asset
- Dynamics 365 F&O /AX certifications will be considered
- Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Experience in working on functional design, configuration, and process alignment
- Knowledge of ITIL principles or working in Operational environment
- Excellent communication and interpretive skills
- Highly organized and able to work well under pressure
