About the role
- IT System Administrator responsible for developing and supporting system interfaces for BD solutions. Collaborating with customers and project managers to ensure technical integration and software maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discussions of BD solutions’ technical requirements with the customer
- Support sales in solution discussions to define technical scope
- Run installation and support of interface software
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve priorities and risks
- Comply with all Systems Engineer Policies and Procedures
- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems
- Maintain interface stability and updates for all assigned accounts
- Provide Customer/Distributor Helpdesk and remote support for servers
- Support interfaces during system upgrades
- Provide product feedback and technical insights to Product Development
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science IT or equivalent experience in IT
- Experience outlining and delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Experienced at working on secure Infrastructure solutions
- Ability to provide remote desktop support using tools like VPN, RDP
- Strong solving abilities and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in semi-autonomous teams in agile ways
- Fluent in French and English; a third European language is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Europe and overseas
