About the role
- Management Information Analyst enabling informed business decision-making in a UK brokerage. Producing timely MI reports and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely MI reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce routine reporting such as customer data packs, pipeline analysis, and other regular outputs.
- Ensure data is reliable, consistent, and presented in a clear and professional format.
- Support the continuous improvement of MI processes and reporting outputs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure MI needs are understood and met.
Requirements

- Knowledge of the constraints in handling sensitive and confidential data

- Experience reporting from the Acturis Broker System (desirable)

- Strong MS Excel skills (nested ifs, arrays, working knowledge of PowerPivot and PowerQuery) (desirable)
