Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing the companys marketing design and strategy
Create promotional and branding materials
Create design briefs according to internal requirements
Develop promotional materials, including marketing collateral
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Create slides and presentations for client meetings
Facilitate website maintenance and updates
Design and implement new features and functionality
Complete design graphics for blog posts and social media
Establish and guide the websites architecture
Help formulate an effective, responsive design.
Requirements
5-6 years of Website Designer experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience as a Graphic Designer in the B2B industry
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD or any other similar tool or other visual design tools
Strong website designing and technical skills
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Highly creative with excellent design skills and coloring sense
Knowledge of SEO, Meta tags, Title tags, Google Analytics, Image ads, and webmaster tools
Fluency in banner design, icon design, font creating, artwork, and drawing skills
Proficient in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Word, MS Excel, Pages, and WordPress
Independently designed 5-6 running websites
Establish the purpose of the website based on its target audience
Write programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements
Test the website and identify technical problems
Must have experience with media and internet advertising
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Strong understanding of Elementor editor and blog migration
Strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems
Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.
