Responsibilities
- work on the CSWT Graph Data Platform and SDP, supporting the development of a Tiger Graph based RAG (GraphRAG) solution for Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases
- participate actively in development/maintenance activities
- ensure stability, performance, and reliability of big data systems
- monitor and manage daily batch processes across the Hadoop ecosystem
- collaborate with CIO leads to deliver development tasks and technical solutions
- participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- troubleshoot, prioritize, resolve, and escalate production issues
- maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- mid-level Data Engineering professional with 4+ years of relevant experience
- experience in Hadoop and Unix environments
- Strong hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hive, PySpark, Impala
- good understanding of data architecture and Big Data platform
- Hands-on experience in software development using Graph DB (TigerGraph/Neo4j)
- DBA experience with any NoSQL database like MongoDB
- Ability to clearly communicate with team & stakeholders
- good Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and principles of data governance
