Responsibilities
- Developing new clients and bringing incremental leverage and lease/loan growth
- Responsible for end-to-end sales process on assigned transactions
- Working with Management and Originations on projects linked to improving performance
- Review and comprehend company financial statements for potential lease and loan products
- Structure, discuss and win potential financial solutions with clients/prospects
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to lead a transaction through mandate, approval, documentation and closing processes
- Identify new business and win/close it effectively
- Routine travel to meet with bank partners, clients and prospects
Requirements
- 3+ years of Leasing or Sales experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-starter with successful track record developing prospects
- Client Management skills – Bank, clients, prospects and COI’s
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- History of working within a complex framework of structured teams
- Detailed deal management skills
- Ability to meet multiple goals: Volume, Fee, Spread, New Clients, Calling, Compliance
- Thorough understanding of complex pricing and transaction structuring
- SuperTrump experience preferred
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Travel – 25%
