About the role
- Legal Counsel advising on strategic legal issues for a leading organization in construction and infrastructure in the Netherlands. Collaborating closely with management and project teams to navigate legal complexities.
Responsibilities
- Adviseert over strategische en tactische juridische vraagstukken
- Analyseert contracten en signaleert risico’s voordat ze obstakels worden
- Ondersteunt bij onderhandelingen en stelt waterdichte juridische documenten op
- Draagt bij aan een soepele projectuitvoering en voorkomt conflicten
- Werkt nauw samen met collega’s in tenders, uitvoering en contractmanagement
Requirements
- Een afgeronde WO-opleiding in Rechtsgeleerdheid
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring als jurist of legal counsel, bij voorkeur binnen de bouw-, vastgoed- of infrastructuursector
- Ervaring met bouwrecht, aanbestedingsrecht, vastgoed- en ondernemingsrecht
- Sterke adviesvaardigheden: je weet complexe materie begrijpelijk te maken voor niet-juristen
- Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding
- Interesse in maatschappelijk relevante projecten met echte impact — van duurzame woonwijken tot toekomstbestendige infrastructuur
