- Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of medium size and complexity
- Select appropriate techniques for the elicitation of detailed requirements
- Analyze requirements for fitness for purpose as well as adherence to business objectives
Requirements
- Proven and demonstrable business analysis subject matter expertise relating to PAM and/or IAM related solution deployments
- PAM/IAM ‘as-is’ business process discovery and creation to future state in alignment with the business need
- Business analysis relating to the business discovery and delivery of PAM and/or IAM capabilities
- Requirements identification, validation and traceability
- Knowledge and/or formal business analysis accreditation (i.e. BPMM etc.)
- Ability to perform stakeholder analysis, mapping influence, impact and commitment of each stakeholder
- Leads the client engagement for specific areas of work
- Take ownership of one or more areas of work including planning, identifying risks and regular reports to the project manager
- Ability to plan and facilitate effective workshops
- Manages requests for and the application of changes to baselined requirements
