Responsibilities

• Lead the Future of Digital Engineering
• Make a real impact on national security while advancing your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
• Deliver digital engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions that support some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure projects
• Provide expertise in BIM, CAD, and Information Management, ensuring operational excellence and driving innovation
• Contribute to strategy and implementation of 3D CAD, BIM, and Information Management in line with ISO 19650
• Work with delivery partners and clients to meet operational and strategic requirements
• Ensure governance in tool selection, planning, and deployment
• Support and lead digital strategy and delivery across the wider group
• Engage stakeholders internally and externally to drive successful outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in BIM implementation and management within nuclear or similarly complex industries
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including client engagement
• Expertise in Autodesk solutions such as Revit, Navisworks, Inventor, Vault, and Synchro
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, digital manufacturing, or asset management (advantageous)
• Degree or equivalent experience in a digital or mechanical engineering field, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
