Requirements
- Essential: Qualified accountant or exam‑complete finalist (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) with relevant experience.
- Desirable: Experience within marine, manufacturing, engineering or large operational environments.
- Exposure to inventory management or project‑based finance.
- Experience supporting operational, engineering or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical capability and a proactive, business‑focused mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence decision‑makers.
- Confidence to challenge constructively and provide balanced commercial insight.
- Experience collaborating with multi‑disciplinary stakeholders.
