Responsibilities
Provide contract management and governance support to business and commercial teams
Undertake negotiations and pricing activities for growth opportunities
Identify and implement pragmatic commercial solutions to achieve win-win outcomes
Support and coordinate the execution of commercial strategies
Act as the commercial point of contact for queries across support contracts
Requirements
Proven experience leading contract management activities across the full lifecycle
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify innovative solutions
Experience creating proposals for organic growth or new opportunities
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Skilled in senior-level relationship management with customers.
Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Law, or Accountancy
Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, IACCM, or PGCCM (or willingness to work towards)
