Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Certifications in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous
- Practical experience in managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of procurement policies and risk management
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Effective communicator and negotiator with strong relationship-building skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on value creation
- Proficient in English; German is an advantage; additional language skills are beneficial.
