About the role
- Senior IT-Security Consultant responsible for network security architectures and IT-Security projects. Collaborating with clients and integrating new systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, advising on and technically implementing IT security projects in the network environment
- Planning and implementing LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructures
- Acting as the customer's trusted advisor across all project phases and beyond
- Integrating new systems, software and technologies into existing customer environments
- Monitoring and troubleshooting networks (including performance analysis)
- Training customers in the use of network products
- Collaborating with vendors and internal competence centers to further develop solutions
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a consultant or engineer in network design, operations and troubleshooting
- Experience designing and implementing IT security architectures
- Excellent knowledge of Extreme Networks, Aruba or Arista
- Good knowledge in one or more of the following areas: routing, switching, WLAN, NAC, VLAN, QoS, BGP, OSPF
- Strong customer orientation, service mindset and ability to work well in a team
