Responsibilities
You assist your colleagues with IT problems and ensure they feel secure and comfortable navigating the digital environment.
You ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and is continuously optimized.
As the first point of contact for IT questions, you communicate with employees in a clear and empathetic manner.
You are responsible for configuring, administering and monitoring internal and external network and server environments (e.g., Linux, Windows, reverse proxies such as Apache, WAF solutions like ModSecurity, OWASP, and MS SQL/MySQL databases).
You are responsible for configuring, administering and monitoring physical and virtual servers as well as the SAN and firewall environment.
You take on customer support and provide technical consulting to our clients.
You set up and manage cloud services for our customers.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
Initial experience in technical IT
You are as fascinated by the human side of IT as by the technical aspects
You enjoy working in a team and interacting directly with employees
Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
