Responsibilities
- Digitalisierung der kommunalen und gewerblichen Abfall- und Entsorgungswirtschaft, gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam
- Analysierung und Optimierung von Prozessen rund um unser ERP-System und den angrenzenden Fachabteilungen
- Prozess- und Organisationsberatung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Partnern
- Schulung der Anwender nach der Implementierung der Software
- Eine umfangreiche und praxisorientiere Einarbeitung durch einen Paten inkl. Seminaren, Webinaren, qualifizierter Inhouse-Schulungen und Konferenzen

Requirements
- Erfolgreiches abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine Ausbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Sektor (z. B. Bürokaufleute, Industriekaufleute, IT-Systemkaufleute, ...)
- Leidenschaft für die IT und Begeisterung für die Beratung
- Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Lust auf permanente Weiterbildung und lebenslanges Lernen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Organisationsgeschick
- Regionale Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
