About the role
- DevOps Engineer responsible for optimizing and securing cloud deployment processes at Axi. Collaborating across technology teams to promote best practices in DevOps methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a core member of the DevOps team within Technology, promoting a centre of excellence in DevOps methodologies
- Adopting, developing and supporting Technology products and services with a focus on automation and self-service
- Assuring compliance to well architected frameworks and that non-functional requirements are built in by design for all Technology solutions
- Ensure the operational needs of the business are fully considered in design, build and deployment phases
- Provide Level 2 / 3 Support for frontline service management teams, driving permanent solutions to avoid recurring incidents
- Implement, configure, and maintain Technology systems and associated Cloud Products
- Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions to automate and improve development and release processes with the goal of one click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterized builds
- Identifying and analysing technical problems through to resolution
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and best practice
