About the role
- Digital Media Designer creating engaging visual concepts across digital channels at an international marketing agency. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to manage design projects flexibly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for digital channels
- Provide proactive and strategic consulting to clients
- Take ownership of design projects from concept through handover
- Coordinate with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and IT
- Ensure consistent application of the corporate design
- Design user interfaces for digital products
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests
- Review design deliverables for technical feasibility
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Graphic, Communication, or Media Design
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Very good knowledge of typography, color theory, and image editing
- Confident use of AI tools
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Fluent German and good English skills
