Responsibilities
- Lead critical programs in Computational Design and Automation
- Work closely with the Director and Core Team to deliver existing and emerging products
- Ensure integration of advanced workflow automation tools
- Engage with engineering leadership to build and refine delivery plans
- Track multiple sprint cycles and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Manage diverse stakeholders to launch and manage initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks, optimize delivery, and improve team satisfaction
- Enforce accountability among project members for timely deliverables
- Lead communication efforts ensuring team engagement
- Develop and maintain clear documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, an Engineering discipline, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams on highly complex initiatives involving multiple teams, in a fast-paced environment, using traditional and Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience as a technical: Program Manager, Project Manager or similar role
- PMP or other professional certification
- Strong technical background, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in change management and anticipating challenges
- Strong influencer with self-direction and autonomy
- Collaborative team player who thrives on building healthy relationships, including mentorship
- Curious and passionate about simplifying and scaling processes
- Respectful & candid communicator with strong presentation skills
