- Manage and lead Safety SW and HW requirements

- Address escalations in a timely manner with high standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or experience in software and hardware systems
- At least two years of experience in project and customer management
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead and work with cross-functional projects and teams
- Team player, with a can-do attitude
- Creative thinker with an understanding of customers
- Fluent English
- Experience in automotive – an advantage
- Experience in Safety(Road vehicle Functional safety ISO-26262) – an advantage
- Experience leading and managing multiple large-scale projects – an advantage
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles – an advantage
