About the role
- Bid Procurement Manager coordinating procurement decisions for competitive bids at Atos. Collaborating across teams in the Belux, Netherlands, and Nordics region.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Architects, Finance, Risk & Legal to deliver competitive bids to Atos’ customers
- Responsible for projects in 7 countries within the Belux, Netherlands and Nordics region
- Achieve the best quality during the sourcing cycle during the short timeframe of the bid or project
- Engage with local and global procurement experts within the procurement categories
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best possible quality, for the most favorable T&C
- Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in procurement, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement or other related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; business fluent in English and Dutch or French
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to articulate your advice in management discussions
- Flexible, positive, and eager to learn personality
