Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of critical HPC projects across HPC, AI and Quantum environments.
Manage senior technical expert teams across multiple countries (N+2 management level).
Ensure team performance, engagement and alignment on highly critical projects.
Deliver very recent technologies in high-pressure operational contexts.
Provide credible HPC technical leadership on complex and critical architectures.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical and contractual issues.
Secure delivery in high business and political constraint contexts.
Streamline interactions with Factory and R&D organizations.
Structure and drive escalation operating models.
Ensure reliable execution on the most sensitive projects in the portfolio.
Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level)
12–15+ years of experience in complex technical environments
Proven senior management experience (N+2 level)
Strong background in HPC
Must have HPC experience (complex environments, critical architectures)
Delivery leadership of large multi-country strategic programs
Management of expert teams at N+2 level
Technical and contractual escalation management
Fluent English required (written and spoken) – German is a plus but not required
International mobility required (around 1 trip per month)
