About the role
- Adelia Developer developing applications on AS400 for business-critical systems. Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables in a standardized environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support Adelia applications on AS400 according to functional and technical specifications
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance and resolve incidents in cooperation with technical and business teams
- Ensure high quality of deliverables (unit tests, documentation, standards, best practices)
- Participate in UAT and support production deployments
- Follow CDS processes, standards, and security requirements, ensuring full traceability
- Provide reliable effort estimates, progress reporting, and risk mitigation proposals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CDS through knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience with Adelia / AS400
- Knowledge of Adelia Studio, Vision, Klist, Jira
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Experience in Banking and/or Insurance is a strong asset
- Ability to work in a secure, standardized, process-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to quality
- English – mandatory, French – nice to have
- Readiness for a long-term assignment
