- Own and direct a team of Electrical & ICA engineers for delivery of technical design work
- Successfully manage time and budgets of the Electrical & ICA team

- Provide technical leadership into project design deliverables
- Collaborate with client, operational, project, or service activities
- Provide direction and guidance to Senior and Principal colleagues
- Lead the growth of local Electrical & ICA team
- Work independently with minimal technical guidance
- Provide technical support and direction for bid proposals
- Setting quality assurance standards in design and ensure compliance
Requirements
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Chartered Engineer
- Proven experience in leading or directing an Electrical & ICA engineering design delivery team
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Electrical designs
- Extensive knowledge of water company design codes and standards
- Strong awareness of HAZOP assessments, lightning strike risk assessments, earthing and bonding, lighting designs, DSEAR and ATEX installation practices
- Experience in industrial and process environment is essential
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- A proactive, highly motivated mindset with a collaborative approach
