Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Assessments and propose delivery schedules for training materials;
Develop educational solutions to facilitate understanding of the material to be delivered;
Drive results and ensure requester satisfaction through differentiated solutions and methodologies – PowerPoint, videos, e‑learnings, podcasts, photo‑novels, games, infographics, simulators, among others;
Interact with support areas to gather inputs for material creation;
Create courses and populate them with training content via Academy, Qualistore and/or other knowledge bases;
Perform content governance and produce assets for product knowledge bases (Qualistore and others);
Keep lesson plans/training schedules updated according to courses registered in Academy;
Participate in meetings to validate developed materials;
Track and manage developed training activities.
Requirements
Must have held the position for at least 6 months;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Preferably have experience with the Samsung client due to product knowledge (or related support areas);
Ongoing or completed higher education is a plus;
Have a competency score equal to or greater than 100 (good performer);
Availability to work on-site at Atento Nova São Paulo;
