Responsibilities
The Specialist must identify the customer’s needs and provide practical, objective solutions in accordance with product and/or service procedures;
Sell products and services;
Each interaction may involve different types of situations reported by the customer;
Specific technical tasks: call center support via Chat or WhatsApp and, if necessary, by voice to offer voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
Use systems to record interactions and carry out service actions.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age;
Education: High School Diploma required — College studies in progress or completed is a plus;
Proof of education (high school or higher) such as transcript, statement, or diploma;
Basic computer skills and fast typing;
Voter registration card (Título de Eleitor);
Military service/reservist certificate (males only);
Courses: candidates with training in sales, negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, probing/questioning techniques, customer service, telemarketing communication, Word, Excel, typing, or Microsoft Office will be advantaged;
Sales experience is a plus;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Persuasive ability;
Negotiation/argumentation skills;
Availability to work on-site at the unit for the first 15 days;
Availability to attend training either in-person or online;
Preferably live near or have easy access to the Atento São Caetano do Sul unit.
