About the role

  • Head of AI leading the vision and execution for AI capabilities at Ataccama, ensuring exceptional value for customers. Collaborating globally for impactful data management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a compelling product vision and strategy for Ataccama's AI solutions that aligns with our overall company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to understand market trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities in the AI space.
  • Define and prioritize a product roadmap that addresses customer needs, delivers on the product vision, and maximizes business impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and deliver high-quality AI solutions that meet customer expectations and exceed market standards.
  • Drive successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and leading customer onboarding and adoption efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development decisions.
  • Champion the use of AI to improve data quality within our software, enabling customers to leverage clean and consistent data for better decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI-powered products or services in the B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data mining.
  • Deep understanding of the data management market with desirable experience Data Quality and Data Catalog.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, gather and prioritize product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
  • Deep understanding of the data management market, customer needs, and emerging trends in AI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious product goals.
  • Experience and comfort with public speaking and presenting at conferences and events.
