• Partner with product teams and communicate priorities clearly
• Ensure consistent processes and drive standardization across the enterprise

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
• Deep experience in cell therapy development or related modalities
• At least 10 years of relevant clinical operations experience
• Minimum 5 years working in a leadership/cell therapy role
• Proven leadership in building global site and authorized treatment center networks
• Strong record of partnering with regulators and health authorities on complex clinical operations topics
• Demonstrated ability to scale organizations through change
• Experience integrating external partners (CROs, academic groups, industry consortia)
