Responsibilities

Requirements
- Hochschulabschluss und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Veränderungsprojekten
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Change Manager
- Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse im Change Management (z.B. Kotter, ADKAR)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teams sowie in der Leitung von Workshops
- Überzeugendes und empathisches Auftreten auf Management-Ebene
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit vor Ort bei Kunden
