Responsibilities
Transform business vision and customer needs into intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts using tools such as Figma.
Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure design intent and quality outcomes.
Conduct and interpret user research to inform design recommendations and iterative improvements.
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, design systems, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design or equivalent experience.
3+ years designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
Experience applying user-centered design principles, workflows, and usability best practices.
Preferred Experience presenting design concepts to product, engineering, and design teams.
Strong visual design skills and experience working within design systems.
Familiarity with financial and/or banking terminology, systems and tools.
