About the role

  • Designer creating original design solutions for branding and integrated campaigns, collaborating with teams and guiding junior designers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to bring concepts to execution.
  • Create visual identities, layouts, presentations, and campaign assets with a strong sense of craft.
  • Oversee design consistency across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh and relevant.
  • Can work on basic animation and motion graphics, using tools like After Effects or AI-driven animation platforms.
  • Harness AI-powered tools (MidJourney, Runway, Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.) for ideation, prototyping, and design acceleration.
  • Experiment with AI to unlock new formats of storytelling, motion, interactive, generative content.
  • Present work internally and externally with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop compelling, original, and on-brand design solutions across campaigns, platforms, and media.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in design within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital, social, print, branding, and integrated campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and design principles.
  • Ability to balance conceptual thinking with meticulous execution.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
