About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing historical sales data to support demand forecasting
- Help update and maintain demand planning models and forecasting tools
- Participate in weekly forecast review meetings and track forecast accuracy KPIs
- Identify trends, seasonality, and anomalies within demand data
- Support supply planners in evaluating inventory positions and supply requirements
- Assist in monitoring open purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand supply risks and constraints
- Help prepare supply planning reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Develop and maintain Excel- or Power BI–based trackers for demand, inventory, or planning metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports used by planning leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering or related
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Interest in demand forecasting, supply planning, and data-driven decision making.
